How to read a case file
Axial length, not prescription
Prescriptions fluctuate with measurement conditions; axial length is the ruler that never lies. Every case here is judged by the axial trend.
Trend, not single points
Within roughly 0.05mm, single-visit differences are often measurement noise. What matters is the slope across visits — which is why every case publishes the full table, not just the best two numbers.
Your child's curve will be different
Starting age, baseline, genetics, and follow-through all differ. These records show what is possible with a system — they are not a promise for any individual child. Use them to ask better questions, then start your own record.
